Herts and Beds Critical Care Network
The Herts and Beds Critical Care Network is a collaborative partnership between PCTs and service providers who jointly review, plan, commission and oversee the clinical development of the service within a clearly defined geographical area. This ensures a whole system approach to safe delivery of quality care and services across the network.
This collaborative work has resulted in reduced clinical transfers, new post development, increased educational opportunities and implementation of best practice standards.

The Health Foundation Workshop

Network Board members participated in a diagnostic workshop, in order to develop the support plan that will be delivered by the Health Foundation. The support plan will develop the network in key areas such as governance and accountability, integrity and vitality and impact and value.
The development will be delivered through a series of bespoke days locally and also network members attending national workshops/conferences.
